What if? "We Care About Our Community?"
Apostle Kennedy Jacobs with the support of the community presented a new vision on June 8, 2010 to the Midtown Redevelopment Board. The presentation of the "What If?" Campaign concerning the future vision of MLK Blvd was well recieved. Apostle Jacobs and the What If? campaign presented a vision themed, "The Standings: African American Historical Trail of Volusia County's Pioneers and National Historic Figures."
